Weekly Specials

Some items – such as Chili con Carne on Mondays – are the same week to week. To provide variety, some items rotate every two or three weeks – such as Roasted Squash or Roasted Carrot and Parsnip Soup on Wednesdays or Hot and Sour Chicken, Hot and Sour Beef or Cabbage Roll Soup on Fridays.

We strive to ensure the following:

  • alway one meat-eater and one vegetarian soup each day
  • always one soup with no dairy and one with no gluten
  • vegetarian special on Tuesday and Thursday

Special: Moussaka, Morrocan-Style Roast Veggie Stew, Cashew Curry

Vegetarian Soup: Lentil, Red Lentil

Special: Sandwich (e.g. Roast Pork with braised cabbage and onion, Meatloaf with Fresh Tomato Relish, Tuna Melt…)
Soup: Split Pea and Ham, Corn Chowder
Vegetarian Soup: Roast Squash, Roast Carrot and Parsnip

Special: Lasagne, Veggie Chili, Macroni and Cheese
Soup: Goulash
Vegetarian Soup: Spicy Peanut, Sweet Potato Peanut

Special: Stew (e.g. Chicken Stew, ‘BBQ’ Pork Stew, Sausage and rice)
Soup: Hot and Sour Chicken, Hot and Sour Beef, Cabbage Roll
Vegetarian Soup: Gypsy, Bean and Barley, Spicy Egg Swirl
